After reviewing the stats of the major centres in central Alberta, we are seeing an increase in sales compared to last year when interest rates were still on the rise. We are seeing a shortage of inventory because of the busy post-Covid market with interest rates, levelling off and projected to stay consistent or decrease, we are anticipating sales will stay consistent and begin to decrease later in the Spring. We are still in a seller market in Central Alberta because of the shortage of inventory, but we will hopefully see an increase in inventory with the market stabilizing and the busy spring market just around the corner.
